David Bulkin is a VP and Head of Training Services at LitheSpeed, where he delivers training and coaching to clients in North America, Australia, India, Europe and Africa. David is a part time agile editor at InfoQ, and co-founder of the Agile Leadership Network of NJ. David has 30 years experience delivering software and systems and has been applying agile methods for 10+ years across the entire value stream from strategy and product ideation to development and support.

David has helped hundreds journey from plan driven to adaptive, resulting in increased ROI and satisfaction. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, David delivers Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner Training along with non certified workshops including executive, team and requirements. As a coach and consultant David helps organizations adopt and expand their use of agile.
